Have a relaxing time and enjoy the clear waters of our 20-meter lap pool located in the basement of the property.

We provide a small amount of inflatables and swimming noodles however you are welcome to bring your own.

We can also rent life vests at a reasonable price.

Roof top function area

For special occasions/events, we offer an open rooftop function area that can accommodate up to 200 persons for only Php 8,000.

For small meetings/conferences, we have an air-conditioned room for only Php 3,000 with free use of 40-inch LED Smart TV for powerpoint or video presentation.

Gym/Exercise room

Your own space to do your stretching, weights or a quiet place to do yoga or meditation.

You can also book this room for small functions or meetings.

Laundry Facilities

We have two washing machines and a dryer that are available for use of guests and tenants for a small fee.
