These luxurious two-storey air-conditioned condominium units feature a comfortable living area, 40inch LED Smart TVs, dining, fully equipped kitchenettes, modern bathroom with hot/cold showers and free toiletries and blackout curtains. The second floor features top-quality queen-sized bed and a single-bed both with premium Uratex mattresses, and built-in robe.
Amenities include free WiFi, exercise studio, laundry services, roof deck function area and swimming pool. Rates are for two adults and two children 16 years old and under.
Additional persons 17 years old and over are charged Php 700 per night per person. Additional persons 16 years old and below are charged Php 400 per night per person. All fully furnished rooms can comfortably accommodate four persons but we are flexible as to the number of guests staying overnight.

We have six two-storey air-conditioned semi-furnished condominium units that are offered for long-term lease of a minimum of three (3) months.

Swimming pool is open from 9am to 5pm. Walk-in guests are welcome.
Promo rate - Php 1,000 for the first 6 persons. Rate includes free use of room with table and chairs.
Extra person - Php 150 each for persons 3 years old and older. Children up to 2 years old are free.
We also offer Php 200 per person for a minimum of two (2) persons only for swimming and excluding the use of room.
Extra charges apply if you would like to extend beyond 5pm (up to 10pm or as agreed) - Php 300 per hour.
Exclusive rate for up to 45 persons - Php 7,000.
